Redesigned the case filing experience for the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, from research through detailed interaction design.

FullCAM web transition
Industry, Science, Energy and Resources
Moved the national carbon accounting model from a legacy desktop tool to a web application used to model land sector emissions.

Online enrolment system
NSW Department of Education
Digitised the enrolment application for parents, the processing workflow for schools, and a companion mobile app for principals.

Revised bill payments, logon, transaction categorisation and origination across mobile, tablet and desktop.
