Three tier token architecture in DTCG format, transformed by Style Dictionary into CSS and Flutter. Figma plugins generate native variables straight from the token source.

Backlog, sequencing, and the trade-offs both carry. Writing the stories, sitting in the sprint, and saying no to the feature that would have quietly broken the model.
Government & enterprise delivery
Digital Service Standard alignment, accessibility review, procurement realities and legacy migration. Work that has to survive an audit, not only a design review.
